Shipping

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $12.99 on all orders within the United States, no matter how many pieces you order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During holidays or sale events, processing may take an extra day or two — we appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or weather events. If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

Returns

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from perfume, lotions, or any signs of wear

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for the return
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide a return address
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the buyer's responsibility)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Please note: Custom-made pieces and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Exchange Process

Want a different size or style? We're happy to help! To start an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  2. Let us know what you'd like to exchange and what you'd prefer instead
  3. We'll check availability and guide you through the process

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item is no longer in stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

Exchange Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we'll ship out your exchange within 2-3 business days. We'll cover the shipping on the replacement — that's on us!

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package every piece, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage and your order number
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
